Standard documentation includes all primary living areas typically found in a home, such as bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.Additional spaces that are not standard in every property—such as garages, dens, offices, storage units, patios, balconies, or similar areas—can be included upon request for an additional fee.Each additional space is $25.This allows for a more customized documentation process based on the specific layout of your property.
